Katy Perry to Perform Live at Billboard Music Awards [VIDEO]

Katy Perry is all set to perform 'Birthday' live at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, while on her Prismatic World Tour. No She's not jet-setting, she'll be in Glasgow, Scotland performing via satellite.
