Lady Gaga commandeered NYC and the 'Good Morning America' studio this morning (Aug. 19), arriving in a vintage black convertible Cadillac. Her hair was short and swept back in a Princess Diana style; her outfit consisted of a white, two-piece bodice paired with sky high brown booties.

Katy Perry is coming for you, Brooklyn! The singer confirmed her 2013 VMAs performance where she will debut her brand new single 'ROAR' live. She stars in a new teaser, set to the Beastie Boys 'No Sleep Till Brooklyn,' popping out of a manhole and flanked by her crew of Katy Kats and a tiger.

Quick, somebody let Taylor Swift know she will need to be on high alert at the VMAs this year, since her nemesis Kanye West is making his return to the VMAs this August. Yeezy has been confirmed as a performer, along with Lady Gaga.
