Turkey Trot Thanksgiving Morning at Cain Center

The 19th annual Turkey Trot is Thanksgiving morning at the Cain Center in Athens. The 5K run and one mile walk kick off at 8 A.M.

Students and Kids 19 and under is $20. Adults can pre-register for $20 or $30 morning of the race. If you bring your dog, add $10. You can pre-register at active.com.

There will be many door prizes including smoked turkeys from Danny's BBQ, hams and more.

Also, you can help out the Henderson County Food Pantry by bringing a non perishable food item.
