Tyler Man Arrested for Taking Improper Pictures of Women

Officers received a phone call that a man was seen taking pictures of women behind the Woodcreek Athletic Club center located at 6110 S. Broadway.

Bicycle Officers working in the Rose Rudman Park area responded to the complaint and contacted the suspect, 55-year-old Dennis L. Brown.

Upon further investigation, police found pictures on Brown’s phone of clothed women that were randomly taken at the parking lot fitness center and at Robert E. Lee High School. He is being transported to the Smith County Jail where he will be charged with Improper Photography or Visual Recording.
