A former elementary school teacher in Houston admitted to filming racy videos for her ex-boyfriend while she was alone on school grounds. Apparently, it was a case of 'revenge porn' by said ex-boyfriend

"It was a poor judgment on my part," the former teacher said in an interview with KHOU 11 News. "I would never do it again." I would certainly hope not!

Well anyway, now a Black activist named Quanell X is going viral, because his reaction and description at a press conference were pure gold.  (Thanks to Eric Rowe at KRBE-FM in Houston for sharing!)

(WARNING:  The video includes some racy phrases when he describes what she was doing in the video. But that's why I'm posting the story in the first place. His descriptions are hilarious!)

You may be wondering why I don't mention the teacher's name. Well, she hasn't been charged with anything...yet. However, Lamar CISD police did open an investigation following a news conference by community activists calling out her behavior.

A legal analyst for KHOU believes what the former teacher did may be unethical, but it's not necessarily criminal. Here's the thing though, if YOU were to share the original naughty video she took, it could be a criminal offense...because it falls under the State of Texas' 'Revenge Porn' statute!

According to KevinCollinsLaw.com, "Revenge porn in Texas is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. It becomes a Class A misdemeanor for repeat offenders. A defendant can also be held liable for civil damages and for the victim's court costs." YIKES!
