If you believe customer service is a lost art, you need to watch this hilarious video from the drive-thru at a Williams Chicken in Dallas.

I have to confess to having never heard of the Dallas-based fast-food chain Williams Chicken prior to watching the video below. I initially thought it was a Chicken Express location based on the color of the menu, but quickly recognized it was a different menu.

But I’m definitely going to have to give Williams a try the next time in that neck of the woods.

Mostly because I love chicken, but also because of the guy working at the drive-thru in the video. If all their employees are remotely as cool as that guy, it’s worth trying for the customer service experience alone.

I’ll admit to being one of those who is underwhelmed by customer service these days. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for years, it amazes how little some employees seem to care.

I won’t name any names, but I had a very unpleasant experience at one of my favorite fast-food places about a year ago. It was like the employees went out of their way to be rude and dismissive.

In other words, those folks were the opposite of my man from Williams Chicken. And if that happened to be you and you’re reading this, thank you. The world could use more people like you.
