The mad scientists at Dairy Queen are at it again.

Let's start with the fact that I finally got to try the Flavor of the Month Drumstick Blizzard at one of the Lubbock locations. It was amazing and tastes exactly the way you'd want a Drumstick Blizzard to taste, with little bits of cone and chocolate throughout. It gets two thumbs up from me.

Now Dairy Queen has a couple of great new salutes on hand. One features some international flavors in honor of the World Cup, while the other goes all-in on a patriotic theme for the 4th of July.

A Red, White, And Blue Treat For Summer

Just for fun, let's go "America First." That would be the new Stars & Stripes Misty Slush Float. They layer a cherry-flavored slush with soft serve, then add blue raspberry slush on top. It's finished off with mini-star sprinkles. There's no denying this thing is all about the U.S.A.

Now let's get into those international Blizzards.

First we'll head to Mexico for the Abuelita Blizzard, featuring Mexican hot chocolate, choco chunks, fudge-covered marshmallows, and cocoa fudge. I'm calling this one a winner right out of the gate.

Next up is the Biscoff Blizzard, featuring caramel-coated bits of Biscoff cookies. It's simple, but you can't really go wrong with that combo.

Dairy Queen Takes A Trip Around The World

Lastly, it's the Strawberry Mango-Flavored Mochi Blizzard. For those of you who are unaware, mochi originates from Japan and is a rice cake. D.Q. is taking mango-flavored mochi pieces and swirling them together with strawberry topping for this fun treat.
