Davis Cleveland Continues His Stay In East Texas

Davis Cleveland, who stars in the Disney Channel's show "Shake It Up" will continue his stay in East Texas helping to raise money and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Yesterday, Davis made an appearance with Tyler's Maci Drewry, who's freindship with Davis started on Twitter, at a local taco shop. The lines of fans to meet him were stretched around the building.

Maci's freindship started when she created a video to show what it's like to live with CF. Her motivation behind the video was to raise awareness and money for the disease and when it was completed she tweeted Davis in hopes of him seeing it. He did and they've becomer best friends ever since.

Now, if you're a fan or have fans of "Shake It Up" and you missed his appearance yesterday afternoon, you have a couple of more chances to meet him and for a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, you can get his pic and autograph too. You can catch up with Davis at Fickle Baby at Three Lakes Parkway and Old Jacksonville Hwy. in Tyler (close to Fresh).

Davis will also be participating in the Great Strides Taking Steps To Cure Cystic Firbosis walk tomorrow (Saturday 29th) at Bergfeld Park in Tyler. Registration for the walk begins at 8a with the walk and 5k beginning at 9a.
