Sure, El Paso has its issues. What big city doesn't? We don't have near as many as other big cities do though and that was just validated by yet another accolade for the 915.

El Paso is the 2nd best big city in the USA to live in.

The US News & World Report "Best Big Cities" list included each of the top 6 biggest cities in Texas but not in order by size. 5 of the "6 Pack" cracked the top 10 and the 6th made the top 15.
