It's no big surprise who the highest paid woman in entertainment is.  She's been on the top of the list forever!  Oprah reigns again.

But what reality star has snuck into the Top 5?

After another year of earning over $250 million, Oprah's net worth now has been estimated to be $2.7 billion.  She is her own economy! 

Oprah ended her talk show in May, and tops Forbes' list of entertainment’s highest-paid women. She earned 290 million dollars between May of 2010 and May of this year. Oprah keeps busy these days by running her cable network OWN.

Lady Gaga is second on the list, with 90 million. She released her chart-topping album Born This Way in May.

Then, reality star Bethenny Frankel pops in with $55 million.  Frankel's big break came six years ago on The Apprentice, then The Real Housewives of New York .  She's been a master when it comes to using the world of reality shows to build and sell a brand.   Forbes says she recently sold her Skinnygirl Margarita mix for an estimated $100 million.  And she’s expanding the brand into food, nutritional supplements and maybe even a talk show.

Here are the top 10 highest-paid women in entertainment, according to Forbes:
