Hate Snakes? You’re Going to Want to Avoid These Areas in Texas

While I do appreciate the fact that they eliminate lots of rodents and insects I cannot stand snakes. I know there are a few that live in my back yard because I have seen them while mowing and other landscaping projects, but I leave them alone and they leave me alone, it works out great for both of us. It’s also a good thing knowing the ones close to my house are all small, because if they were big, I would probably have to burn the whole house down. If you cannot stand snakes either there are some specific areas in Texas, you need to be very careful or else you will encounter a snake. 

It’s common to see people post online about leaving snakes throughout social media pages having to do with the state of Texas. And while I like to keep my distance from snakes, I understand that they serve a purpose. But knowing where to expect snakes is a big deal because having an unexpected encounter with a snake is not going to be a pleasant experience for most people.

While I am not a big fan of snakes, I’m not afraid like I used to be, because I know that snakes are around us a lot more than we know. You just have to stay aware of your surroundings, especially when you’re spending time recreating outdoors.
