Parkside Development in Tyler continues to take shape as construction moves forward on the 92-acre project along South Broadway. The development is planned to include shopping, restaurants, walking trails, green space, a social gathering area and live music, giving Tyler another major destination as the city continues to grow.

Most people are very excited about the area although there are always a few people online that only want to discuss the traffic that will increase in that area. But we know that more people are still moving here because it's a beautiful place to live and raise a family.

Parkside Is One of Tyler's Biggest Developments

It's exciting to watch as lots of construction is underway right now as the Genecov Group continues to make progress on the Parkside Development although it's funny how everyone has their own opinion on what should go into the new development.

What We Know Is Coming to Parkside

Currently we know there will be a BJ's Wholesale Warehouse, and recently we found that there will be a United Heritage Credit Union being built there as well. But we are (trying) to wait patiently as we continue to hear more about what is coming to Tyler.

Everyone Has an Opinion About What Parkside Needs

There are lots of people wanting a Topshot golf location; others wanting to see restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory. Although, it seems like a large golf facility seems more likely than the other.

What would you like to see come to the Tyler area? I'd love to hear your feedback. Send me an email with your thoughts, billy.jenkins@townsquaremedia.com.

Parkside Tyler: New Renderings Reveal Vision for Development

A newly released set of conceptual renderings offers a closer look at the vision behind the Parkside development in South Tyler. The 92-acre mixed-use project is designed to blend retail, dining, and outdoor spaces into a walkable, nature-integrated destination.

These images highlight potential features such as scenic water elements, gathering areas, and open-air dining spaces, all set amid preserved East Texas trees and green space. While these renderings are conceptual and subject to change, they provide insight into the atmosphere developers aim to create as the project moves forward.
