Pop's Pizza Parlor is coming to downtown Tyler, with plans to open at the former True Vine Brewing Company location on North College Avenue. The new 1,848-square-foot pizzeria is expected to be completed in January 2027, giving downtown visitors another option when they're looking for pizza.

The exact location will be 110 N College Avenue in Tyler, this was confirmed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Pop's Pizza Parlor Is Expected to Be Ready in 2027

The new pizzeria is expected to be completed pretty quickly if everything goes according to plan, with a completion date of January 2027. The pizzeria will be 1,848 square feet and could become a new hot spot for people looking for a delicious slice of pizza while they enjoy downtown Tyler.

Once the construction is completed, this could really become a new hot spot for people in our area. It's going to be exciting to see how downtown Tyler looks after all the projects get wrapped up.

Downtown Parking Rules Are Changing

Although there are some residents that are already not happy about the new downtown Tyler parking rules that go into effect October 12. The cost will be $2 for 2 hours and $1 for each additional hour. This will be enforced Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

There will be free parking on the weekends, holidays, and for those with a valid handicap placard.
