One of my favorite things about living in Texas is all the pride you see as you drive around, you'll often see both the American flag and the Texas state flag flying proudly. Many people have worked hard for decades to make the state of Texas what it is today. But do you know what each point of the Texas star represents?
What Does the Texas Lone Star Represent?
While some people have ideas to make the state better, compared with the rest of the country, we are fortunate to live here in the great state of Texas. Speaking of that Texas flag that so many people have hanging with pride, do you know what the five points on the Texas star really mean? I have to admit that while I'd always noticed there were five points on a Texas star, I didn’t know that they each had a specific and important meaning.

When you travel to other parts of the country, you won't see as many flags proudly displayed as you do in Texas.
It’s amazing to be part of something people find so special. There are other states that when you drive through, it feels like they don’t really care about their part of the country, which doesn’t make sense to not take pride in where you call home.
