This New Tyler Bagel Shop Is Getting People Talking

Tiger's Eye Bagel Company is a new locally owned bagel shop in Tyler's Mosaic District, and it is already getting plenty of attention from people looking for a fresh breakfast option in East Texas. The shop specializes in handcrafted bagels with some seriously tempting flavors making their way around social media.

Recently, I have been making lots of TikTok videos highlighting local businesses in East Texas. I know that right now everything is costing more and that is not just for consumers but business owners too. The last thing I want is local business owners having to shut down their business, plus it's just something that I enjoy. Recently, I had seen lots of positive reviews about a new bagel shop in town, and so I wanted to help spread the word because, really, I just love to eat!

Have You Heard of Tiger's Eye Bagel Company?

If you haven't heard of the new business yet, it's located in the Mosaic District, which is the area where True Vine Brewing Company is located. That area has grown so much in the past few years including The Apple Gal, who just opened a second location in Waco.

That Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Caught My Attention

I haven't had a chance to stop by their new shop to try the bagels for myself, but all the positive reviews online tell me they are doing things the right way.
