Texas is one of the only states with the original iconic Arby's signs. Now of course we're familiar with the Golden Arches from McDonalds, or the Taco Bell purple bell. But people who know Arby's also know the iconic cowboy hat, but people will also remember the classic cowboy hat sign they used to have. Today, less than 100 original Arby's cowboy hat signs remain in the entire United States; Texas is one of the few states where you'll find them. Only 2 Texas cities have them left.

Where can you find the original Arby's cowboy hat signs in Texas?

Sadly Austin USED to have one (it got torn down in 2020). The same goes for Wichita Falls & San Antonio. But some people have dedicated websites that keep track on where to find the original Arby's signs; most of the signs have either been removed or the buildings have been torn down/changed into different businesses.

As of right now, we only know 2 Texas cities that still have the original cowboy hat sign. Those cities include Waco at 723 N Valley Mills Dr.

and El Paso. Not only do we have one location (the one that most of are familiar with is on Montana),

but there's also the one on the Northeast on 9575 Dyer. So El Paso has TWO remaining signs.

And as an added bonus, our neighbors in Las Cruces, New Mexico also have one of the remaining Arby's signs at 510 E Idaho Ave.

Who knows how many more exist in Texas or will CONTINUE to exist; but it's important to know that each of these cities contain a very important part of American history.
