Junior Leage of Longview Set to Host Poverty Conference October 15
The Junior Leauge of Longview invites you to attend the 2015 Poverty Conference featuring keynote speaker Geoffrey Canada on Thursday, October 15th from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the LeTourneau University Belcher Center.
Dr. Canada's presentation, "The Crisis Facing Youth: What We Can Do to Save Our Children and Revitatlize Our Community," will take place in the morning followed by break-out sessions and small group discussions focused on poverty and revitatlization.
