Many of the world's most successful people attribute a great deal of their success to help of a mentor. Embark Women in Tyler is hoping to offer that advantage to women in East Texas.

Recently Embark Women met at Tyler's Work Hub on South Broadway. According to an article from TylerPaper.com, Embark Women Co-Founder Crystal Bryce hopes to crowd-source support and information through the organization for women in the professional and entrepreneur world of East Texas.

Ladies, if you're looking for a female mentor, this may be your best option. Bryce told the Tyler Paper, "It started for kind of selfish reasons. I had a mentor and she helped me so much,” she said. “I asked myself, ‘Why am I the only woman who has access to this?’"

Currently the group's facebook page has about 600 members, and continues to grow. The group is looking have organic and honest conversations about women in business, and how to grow and succeed.
