Lady Gaga Performs Bald

Lady Gaga is known for her outlandish costumes, hair, shoes and clothes and now she's bald!  Or at least appears to be bald!  In a performance on the Paul O'Grady show in the UK, she performed bald.  Check out the video after the jump.

In the video, Gaga is playing her song "Hair" on a piano that is covered in hair while wearing turquoise dress made of synthetic hair!  By the end of the performance she puts on a turquoise wig that sits in front of her on the piano.  Lady Gaga describes the performance on her Twitter account as a

performance art piece."

It's assumed that Lady Gaga's baldness is simply a makeup trick.  What do you think of the performance?
