Meet Kamden Baugh – A 2017 Kidd’s Kid

Being a six year old first grader at Caldwell Elementary in Tyler Kamden is off to Walt Disney World to meet someone very special thanks to your generous support of Kidd's Kids! While speaking with Kamden's family at the Kidd's Kids send off party at a private Southwest Airlines hangar at Love Field in Dallas they said they were shocked when they learned that they were being selected to go go on the Kidd's Kids trip and said there are not enough 'thank you's' in world to go around for everyone that has given them this opportunity of a lifetime and are very grateful for the so many that support Kidd's Kids.

Kamden, who is from Tyler and  has Tuberous Sclerosis is going to Walt Disney World for five days with his parents Kindal and Jamarcus. The family answered some questions about the Kidd's Kids trip before leaving for the Kidd's Kids Foundation and here's what they had to say:

Tea cups and Dumbo

Lion King and Finding Nemo

Do you, your Kidd’s Kid or any other members of your party have a favorite member of the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show team? If so, why?

Big Al and J-Si because “they are also boy” Kamden said, but Kelly and Jenna are pretty!

What do you think the most exciting part of the Kidd’s Kids Trip is going to be and why?

The entire trip!!

What are your Kidd’s Kid’s special interests (for example: science, art, theatre, music)? Does he/she have any special goals?

He loves art and drawing and all animals.

As a parent, what are some of the things that you are looking forward to seeing your child do while on the Kidd’s Kids trip, and why?

Just seeing Kamden smile the entire time, I think is what any parent would want, just to see their kid happy.

Are there any attractions/shows that you (as a parent) want to make sure you see?

Whatever we can!
