My Favorite Figure Skating Performance: Scott Hamilton’s ‘Hair’ [VIDEO]

With the 2014 Sochi Olympics drawing to a close, I've been looking back on previous outstanding figure skating performances. Most people today know Scott Hamilton as an expert commentator, but he earned his stripes on the ice.

Scott is retired from figure skating, but during his prome he won four consecutive US championships, and four consecutive world champtions from 1981-1984. Scott also earned a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics. He is known for his signature move, a back flip, that few other figure skaters can perform, and is not allowed in USFSA or Olympic competition.

Scott is know for outstanding exhibition performances, and this is one of my favorites - from 1996 Stars on Ice, 'Hair.'
