Simon Cowell Terrified By Home Intruder

Saturday night while Simon Cowell was watching TV in his London home, a 29-year old woman-broke into around 10:30 and ended up coming face to face with him in his bathroom while being armed with a brick.

Simon reportedly told a friend,

It was an absolutely terrifying experience. Seeing this women standing there in my house was like something out of a horror movie.” (Daily Mail)

It is believed that the intruder was going to room to room to find Simon and at one point made herself very comfortable by lying in his bed. A friend close to Simon says he was shaken up by the incident.

"I now know that I need to improve my security. She could have had a gun," Cowell said after the experience.

Simon has had previous experience with incidents like this. In 2008 he was stalked by a motorcyclist who had put a tracking device on his car and kept showing up at buildings where Simon was scheduled for meetings. That incident really freaked him out, too.
