We're not sure how this will go down in court, but innocent until proven guilty, right? The passenger on Nelly's tour bus who admitted that the contraband found (including over 10 pounds of marijuana, small amounts of heroin and a hand gun) were his has plead not guilty to drug possession charges.

Nelly's tour bus was raided in Texas on Wednesday (Oct. 10), and authorities found massive amounts of weed, heroin and a loaded gun. According to TMZ, the bus was stopped at a border patrol checkpoint and a police canine detected the presence of contraband in the vehicle.

The magazine came up with the list by ranking each song on a point system based on its performance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart: the more weeks a song spent at #1, the more points it would get.
