It appears as if Punxsutawney Phil's prediction is coming true from Groundhog Day, East Texas is once again experiencing cold weather and with that winter precipitation too and threatening to delay or cancel classes on Tuesday.

Winter weather is once again bringing joy to kids throughout East Texas because of the snow and ice that's predicted for parts of East Texas several school districts have opted for a late start or even cancelled classes completely in some cases.
