It's that time again, time to set those clocks back one hour Sunday morning.

Remember that extra hour of sleep you got back in early November, well, it's time to give it back to Father Time and Mother Nature this weekend.

This extra hour has something for everyone.

You can just watch the sun rising and setting these days and realize that the days are slowly becoming shorter.

It's that time of the year again, time change weekend! It's the unpleasant one too because we're going to lose an hour of sleep this weekend.

It happens once a year and this is the time of the year that we will be losing an hour of sleep, unfortunately.

Clocks will soon be turned back one hour due to the loss of Daylight Saving Time.

It's the question that comes up about this time every year, when do we spring forward our clocks?!

Here recently I've noticed that the sun has been coming up later and that got me to wondering when does the time change this fall!

What day are we springing our clocks forward because of the time change?

We'll be saying goodbye to daylight saving time this weekend and as we do that, we'll be gaining an extra hour of sleep!

If you've fallen a little behind on sleep, then this is the weekend you look forward to every year because we're all getting an extra hour of sleep this weekend as daylight saving time comes to an end.
