(Henderson County, TX) A wild update to a story we shared with you a few weeks ago which sounds like a bad "dirty" joke come to life.

It involves a woman, a dog, something nasty, and a man who may have got the whole thing on video and he's going to spend some time in jail for it because he decided to SHARE the video.

According to police in Henderson County, Bane was arrested after a video of her forcing a small dog to perform sexual acts on her.

The incident is believed to have happened on or around Nov. 16th of last year. What happened next is truly wild as it was believed her husband who shot the video was also arrested at the same time as she was.

52 Year Old Joe Jack Bane Of Mabank Was Also Arrested.

Police report that the next day after the video was recorded, Misty's husband Joe Jack sent the sexually explicit videos of his wife to her employer. You read that right.

There was reason to believe that those videos would remain private but the videos also showed her identity. He was arrested for publishing or threatening to publish intimate visual material.

In Texas, threatening to publish or publishing intimate visual material is a state jail felony. It's considered unlawful if the material depicts someone's intimate parts or sexual conduct without their consent.

Texas DMV Denies These Personalized License Plates

Vanity (or personalized) license plates on vehicles can be fun and whimsical. Some owners get very creative when it comes to the right combination of letters and numbers to get their message across in those precious seven characters or less. However, the State of Texas didn't approve the requests to have these personalized plates printed.
