If you are from Tyler, then you already know that the Custom Truckers have been working hard for this community for almost 50 years. This Saturday on the Square in Downtown Tyler, the  Custom Truckers will host their 2021 Annual Custom Wheel Show beginning at 8am.

This event is raise funds for deserving students in the East Texas area that are on their way to college. Scholarships are very essential now because people just can not afford to apply for aid. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would have applied for more scholarships and not taken out so many loans that I am now still paying back at the age of 40 plus. With tuition rates constantly rising, parents are needing some assistance with getting the cost of college paid for their students. Not to mention that COVID-19 really hit some parents hard and they are currently struggling just to make the bills.

The Custom Truckers have been giving back to this community for almost 50 years and your support would be greatly appreciated for this annual historic event. This is a great opportunity to get the family out to check out the 1955 to 1959 Chevy Stepside trucks and more. If you have a vehicle that you would like to showcase in this wonderful event, registration is $25 per vehicle and begins at 8am on the Square Downtown.

Businesses interested in being a vendor at the show should contact Broderick McGee at 903.520.3079. For more information, check out the event on Facebook or visit the website CustomTruckersofTyler.com.
