Well some new data came out from the United States Census Bureau on folks over 25 without a high school diploma. Texas has 254 counties in our massive state and the math was crunched to see where the high school dropouts lie. Turns out the the success rate is the best in Loving County, Texas. Only 3.1 percent of the population does not have a high school diploma. However, let's take a look at the worst below.
