Get Inspired During Tyler’s Parade Of Homes Beginning June 1st
While interest rates for a home mortgage may still be pretty high, that hasn't stopped new homes from being constructed in Tyler and Smith County, Texas. Home designers and builders are still making a living and making their creations and the dreams of their clients a reality.
These new plans and creations that have come to life will soon be on display with the 71st annual Parade Of Homes in Tyler. The Tyler Area Builders Association will showcase its latest builds during the Parade Of Homes from June 1st through 9th.
While some people are planning on building a new home or purchasing one others are thinking about updating and remodeling their home and checking out the homes on this parade is a great way to get some inspiration and ideas that you can incorporate into your build, remodel or bring into your existing home.
Visitors on the tour are able to take self-guided tours of each featured home to the design, decorating, landscaping, painting, tile work ideas, and much more.
Many homes on the tour are custom-built and have been sold, yet there are some that will have a for sale sign in front of them and are available for purchase. So if you fall in love with one you could go ahead and make the builder an offer on the spot!
Featured homes will be announced on Tuesday, May 28th, and posted on the Tyler Builders Association website. Tickets for the parade are on sale now through their website or will be available at any home on the parade route. The good thing about this is, you can start anywhere along the way and see the homes that really interest you.
Now it's time to get inspired and check out some new features for your future home or even update your current home.
