Meet Kidd’s Kids Angelina Valdez

Angelina Valdez is a sweet 6 year old that goes to Chandler Elementary in Chandler.  She was selected as one of this years' Kidd's Kids trip kids!

Angelina, who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, is on the trip with her mom Davida, dad Victor, and younger sister Adriana.  Before leaving for the trip, Angelina was quizzed on several things including:

What is your favorite park in Walt Disney World and why do you like it?
Magic Kingdom, because I can see Cinderella's castle.

Who is your favorite Disney character and why?
Cinderella because she's a princess

What roller-coaster in Walt Disney World are you looking forward to riding?
Splash Mountain

What show(s) are you looking forward to seeing at Walt Disney World and why?
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular looks exciting because I loves fireworks

Why is the Kidd's Kids Trip to Walt Disney World so important to your family?
Angelina's mom- The Kidd's Kids Trip is important to Angelina because this will probably be the first and last time she will be able to take a vacation like this.

What are you most looking forward to doing while you are at Walt Disney World?
I am looking forward to meeting Cinderella because I love her.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to be a fire-woman so that I can help people.

If you could bring anything back home from Walt Disney World, what would it be and why?
I would like to bring Cinderella to live with us, but I know that's not possible.

What do you think the most exciting part of the Kidd's Kids Trip is going to be and why?
Everything, because who doesn't want to go to Walt Disney World?

Who is your favorite Disney celebrity and why?
Cinderella

As a parent, what are some of the things that you are looking forward to your child doing while on the Kidd's Kids Trip and why?
Angelina's mom: I'm looking forward to seeing my kid have lots of fun, because this would be a good opportunity to make memories

If you were in charge of planning the Kidd's Kids Trip, what is something that you would have all of the families do while in Walt Disney World? I would like to take them on the safari. Not only is it fun, but it is educational and REAL!
