Gavin DeGraw Thanks Fans For Thanksgiving [VIDEO]

Gavin DeGraw has had a tremendous, memorable 2011 so far.  He toured with Train and Maroon 5 early in the summer then most recently co-headlined a tour with David Cook.  As he gets ready for the holidays, Gavin took time out of his schedule and taped a quick message for his fans and everyone else too!
