The past 15 years have been incredible for the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon thanks to the generous support from East Texans. Mix 93-1 has been able to help many East Texas Children receive premiere care through the many physicians and nurses at Mother Frances Hospital and their clinics.

This year marks the 16th year for the radiothon that is coming up Thursday and Friday, August 21st and 22nd on Mix 93-1. Thanks to the generous support of Southern RV Supercenter, the Mix 93-1 Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network radiothon will kick off each day at 6a where we'll introduce you to some very special East Texas children and their families. The children have overcome some great odd thanks to the life saving equipment and training that has been purchase with the donations from the previous radiothons. Of course there are some sad events though, as we've lost some kids from past years and we'll continue to talk about them because they are special to us.

Mix 93-1 and Southern RV Supercenter will also let you know where your donation to CMN could be going. We'll take you on a journey through the pediatric wing of the hospital, the ER, through the many clinics that CMN serves along with highlighting a very special floor at Mother Frances Hospital, the neonatal intensive care unit, more commonly called the NICU. We'll meet families of premature babies that were born at Mother Frances and they'll tell us what this facility means to them.

During the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon we'll also be introduced to the Special Needs Clinic that is also supported thanks to funding from CMN. Here families receive specialized care when it comes to their children that have special needs.

Your support is very important and we look forward to sharing stories with you on how the Children's Miracle Network has impacted the lives of East Texas families.

The Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon is brought to you by Southern RV Supercenter and Mix 93-1 on Thursday and Friday, August 21st and 22nd.
