Mix 93-1 committed two-days of programming to help raise money for the pediatric services at Christus Mother Frances Hospital to improve the lives of East Texas children.

His nickname is awesome and it goes with his personality too! 'Mighty Micah', whose real name is Micah Read is a thriving, growing five year old boy who loves to play superheroes, fish with his dad, roughhouse and play with his baby brother Jonah all the time.

Today and tomorrow, Mix 93-1 is dedicating airtime to the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon. YOU can make a difference in the lives of East Texas children.

Thursday and Friday, August 17th and 18th, Mix 93-1 will introduce you to some very special children from right here in East Texas during the Mix With Kids Children’s Miracle Network Radiothon.

Mix 93-1 and Christus Trinity Mother Frances Hospital hosted the 18th annual Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon to support the pediatric services at the hospital.

During the radiothon for Children's Miracle Network we ask for listeners to call in and donate money and this group of young boys take it one step further, they stop by the studio to donate their lemonade stand money!

If you are waiting till the last minute to give to Children's Miracle Network during the radiothon, we're there. Today is the day!

This Thursday and Friday, Mix 93-1 will introduce you to some very special children from right here in East Texas during the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon.

Will Butts was born with a rare syndrome that caused him to become a quad congenital amputee, but that doesn't slow him down.

The past 15 years have been incredible for the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon thanks to the generous support from East Texans. Mix 93-1 has been able to help many East Texas Children receive premiere care through the many physicians and nurses at Mother Frances Hospital and their clinics.

When it comes to our children, we want the best for them, especially when it comes to medical care. Another group of people that have the same mission in mind are the supporters of the Children's Miracle Network.
