Aaron Carter will make a huge revelation about his mental health struggles this week.

During an upcoming two-part interview on The Doctors, the singer claims he's been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, manic depression and anxiety. According to TMZ, he's done hiding and wants people to know what he's going through. He even brings out a large plastic bag full of the different prescription pills he has to take, including Xanax, omeprazole, hydroxyzine and more.

“This is my reality. Hi, I have nothing to hide," he tells the crowd in a sneak peek.

The outlet reports that "along with focusing on his health, the segments will include [Carter's mom and her struggles with alcohol. Elsewhere in the interview, he also takes a drug test to prove he's clean after saying he used opioids following a dental procedure.

This isn't the first time Carter has appeared on the talk show. Two years ago, the 31-year-old got tested for HIV, and thankfully, the results were negative.

"That was the scariest thing I have ever done in my life," he later confessed. "After not getting annual checkups and testing and being safe, actually, being safe so I could be safe for others, more importantly. That's what scared me. I felt like I was putting people at risk with my body… I didn't have the courage to go face the music."
