Law enforcement in the San Antonio suburb of Converse has issued a state wide AMBER Alert for a missing 12 year old girl.

Judson ISD and authorities in the San Antonio area issued the AMBER Alert for Alheirie Rodriguez Pomales who was last seen at Judson Middle School around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14th in the 9600 block of Schaeler Rd in Converse according to CBSDFW. Alheirie was last seen wearing a black pullover shirt, black pants carrying a pink and gray backpack.


She is believed to have been abducted by Marie Rodriguez Pomales, as identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety (KBTX). According to Texas Alerts Twitter account, the suspect is described as being a 28 year old Hispanic female that is five feet and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of this posting, there is no description of an involved vehicle or direction of travel.
