Born and raised in Dallas, I was bitten by the radio bug at a very young age. By the age of 10, I had my own make-shift radio station set up in my room. At the age of 16 I took to the airwaves at KEOM-FM in Dallas. At 18 I went to work for ABC/SMN in Dallas. After serving in the Air Force during Desert Storm, I stepped back into radio at WKDY-FM in Upstate New York. From there I returned home to Dallas where I joined the legendary on-air line up at Smooth Jazz 107.5 “The Oasis”. I moved to the East Texas air waves in 1997 and after taking an oath to never reveal the secret handshake, I joined the cast and crew at Townsquare Media as evening host on Mix 93.1 and Chief Innovation Officer for the company.
