Baton Rouge Police Looking for Suspect Throwing Small Dogs
I will say it again, this guy is a straight up a**hole. True cowardice is shown from this young man for doing this to someone's pets. Despicable. And it goes without saying that this video may be disturbing to some.
Now that that's out of the way, let's get to what happened.
This past weekend, video was shared on social media of a young man twirling two dogs around by their leash or rope and then throwing them into the street.
The dogs did get up and were able to run away. Sheriff's officers did find the dogs and have returned them to their owners.
The video is said to have been filmed in East Baton Rouge Parish according to kens5.com. Viewers of the video thought it was a student from Plaquemine High School and posted his name and phone number. Police found later that was not the case, the student just shared the video.
The owners of the two dogs said they had let them out earlier that day. They had not seen the video on social media. The dogs appear to have been unharmed after the incident.
As an owner of a 13-year-old black lab, I couldn't imagine what I would do if someone did this to Buddy (that's his name). There's something truly wrong in the head of someone who thinks there is nothing wrong with doing this. And thinking that it would be fun to video it and share with their friends. Pitiful.
I gotta get back in a good mood now. Here's some photos of Buddy to bring a smile back to our faces.
