Demi Lovato Debuts Blue Hair + ‘Neon Lights’ on ‘Leno’ [VIDEO, PHOTOS]

Demi Lovato is a hair chameleon, and she changed colors yet again! The starlet, who never lets any one shade get stagnant, went from bright blond to bright blue, debuting her new look (as well as her new single) on 'The Tonight Show.'

Lovato's new blue hue is reminiscent of Katy Perry's post-divorce shade, but the 'Give Your Heart a Break' singer hasn't shown any signs of a split. In fact, with her upcoming 'Neon Lights' tour, 'X Factor' stint and amazing new style, she's probably happier than ever!

Lovato complemented her Smurf-inspired hair with smoky eyes, bubblegum pink lips and a rock 'n' roll-inspired outfit of black snakeskin leggings, a leather jacket and a sheer black top. She even had ebony nails to match!

As for her performance, it was as on-point as ever. While Lovato has performed 'Neon Lights' before, she's never done it on TV -- and she did great!
