Famed Texas Attorney Leading Lawsuits Against Diddy
The embattled mogul now has a Texas lawyer to worry about.
As you know, Combs was arrested in New York on Sept. 16 and was denied bail after an indictment was unsealed, alleging Combs presided over many sexual crimes and blackmailed victims and witnesses through kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.
Multiple people have come forward accusing Diddy of sexual assault and a well known Houston attorney will be leading the charge for justice for his victims.
Tony Buzbee said he will be representing more than 50 people who have filed lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs.
The Texas lawyer known for taking on high profile cases, said in a statement he would be working with the Ava Law Group to serve as lead counsel for more than 50 people who claim to have suffered sexual assault and/or abuse by Combs and his associates.
Buzbee said he thinks more people will be added to the lawsuit as the case progresses and he also thinks more people will be implicated.
Buzbee called on any other victims who would like to speak out to contact his firm.
Buzbee is no stranger to sexual assault cases. He has also represented multiple women accusing NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault.
The Buzbee announcement follows yet another high-profile attorney, Gloria Allred, announcing last week that she was representing a Houston-based woman who claims she was drugged and violently raped by Sean "Diddy" Combs in the summer of 2021.
Buzbee's law firm says it will release more details about the cases at a press conference scheduled for October 1.
