It looks like all that drama surrounding the E! News show, Fashion Police, is far from over. After the departure of co-hosts Kathy Griffin and Kelly Osbourne, the producers of the show made the executive decision to put the show on hold for a few months while they regroup and possibly reformat things. Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski will return as co-hosts when the show airs once again in September.

The network issued a statement earlier today (March 17) that said (via E! News), "E!'s comedy series Fashion Police is going on hiatus and will return in September. We look forward to taking this opportunity to refresh the show before the next awards season. Our talented co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski, along with executive producer Melissa Rivers, will continue their roles as we evolve the show into its next chapter for the legions of Fashion Police fans around the world."

News of the hiatus comes on the heels of Kathy Griffin's announcement that she would be leaving the show after filming only seven episodes. She said, in a statement posted to Twitter, "I do not want to use my comedy to contribute to a culture of unattainable perfectionism and intolerance towards difference. I want to help women, gay kids, people of color and anyone who feels underrepresented to have a voice and a LAUGH! That has been my platform for decades and my body of work speaks for itself."

Kelly Osbourne, meanwhile, also parted ways with the show after reportedly being at odds with the show's producers for quite some time.
