Tornados ripped through North Texas leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.

SEVERE TORNADO RIPS THROUGH TEXAS

The aftermath of destructive tornados left at least 7 dead and more than 100 people injured. The tornado was so intense that the National Weather Service ranked it as an EF2, which is a 4 out of 6 for severity.

Videos are pouring in on social media showing first-hand accounts of the destruction. Wind tore through North Texas, getting up to 135 mph.

Among the dead were children. The deadly tornado ripped off roofs, flattened buildings, and completely ransacked towns. According to NBC 5, the tornado caused an estimated 26 million dollars in damages.

One particular gas station is among the most viral. Videos show cars packed into a gas station in Valley View, Texas looking for shelter. Dozens of vehicles tried to get as much shelter as possible during a tornado.

Videos reveal the horrific aftermath after the gas station was hit by the destructive tornado. Nearly 80 people were injured, thankfully no deaths were reported.

The gas station was left unrecognizable and in shambles. The roof was ripped up, the building was demolished, and the gas pump area was left torn up to shreds.

North Texas and the Central U.S. were slammed with tornados last week that still have many without power. The path of destruction left by the tornados is still being cleaned up in many areas.
