Here are 8 Items You Cannot Take to the Airport in Texas
It makes me feel old when I tell people about this, but I remember a time that I actually brought a pocketknife to the airport to pick up a family member, this was years ago (before 9/11/2001) when you were allowed to go all the way to the airport terminals to pick up a passenger. Long story short, I didn’t get in trouble, and they didn’t even throw away my pocketknife because it was so small. Besides showing you how old I am it just shows you how much has changed at airports regarding security. Which is why I wanted to remind you of 8 items you cannot take to the airport in the state of Texas.
You have already spent lots of money to set up your travel arrangements the last thing you want to do is not make your flight because you packed something that you were supposed to leave at home. These are just good reminders for anyone because let’s be honest, TSA agents take their job serious so you’re not going to be able to get forbidden objects past their security check.
TSA Doesn’t Want to Take Your Items
My wife is amazing at packing, she always makes sure I have everything we could need on our trips, but sometimes she packs a little too much and TSA has thrown away items because they are over the amount of liquid that is allowed which is 3.4 ounces or less per container. Be Kind, It Goes a Long Way
If you’re in a TSA line and you have something that cannot pass, remember these individuals are just doing their job, they are not trying to throw your personal items away. If you have to toss something in the garbage, do it without causing a scene, that way you can still make your flight without any problems. Here is a look at those items that you should leave at home.
