It’s the Taco You Never Knew You Wanted to Try, The Tacro
Who doesn't love a good taco? If you know someone that doesn't, you really don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
I've tried many different types of tacos. But what the Viva La Tarte bakery in San Francisco has created looks great. It is called the Tacro. A taco with the shell of a croissant.
According to sfweekly.com, there are three types available, chile chicken with avocado, slow-roasted pulled pork and pineapple, or barbecued jackfruit with mango pico de gallo.
You also have two choices of salsa. A green salsa made of avocado with cilantro, lemon, salt and pepper, and jalapeño and a red salsa made of chili, lemon, salt and pepper, and cherry tomato.
You get three for $12.
The buttery flavor of a croissant filled with the ingredients of a taco. Count me in. Now, whose up for a trip to San Fran for lunch?
