McAlister’s Deli In Tyler Has Re-Opened
Attention Tea Freaks! Your sweet tea is once again flowing at the newly remodeled and reopened McAlister's Deli in Tyler.
Going without that famous sweet tea for the past few weeks was almost intolerable for some East Texans, but everyone can rejoice now knowing that that famous liquid concoction is readily available.
McAlister's Deli unveiled a bright new look yesterday morning to a crowd that endured freezing temperatures overnight on Old Bullard Rd. in Tyler. The new location has a fresh, bright new feel and look to it. In addition to this make-over to one of Tyler's well known deli's is that they now have a convenient pick up window.
During the grand re-opening celebration, the first fifty people in line received a free gift card while others received a free meal. One of the big features inside the restaurant is the new community style table. General Manager David Jones said,
[I] hope people will share the large table with others and [hope] it brings people together in an effort to get to know others from right here in their own community."
I spotted one of the biggest features of that community table, USB ports to charge up while you're eating!
Tyler is excited to have McAlister's Deli back again so they can enjoy all their sweet tea, sandwiches, salads, spuds, soups and desserts from the convenience of their totally remodeled dining room or from the convenience of the pick up window.
