When my wife was pregnant with our three children, she didn't want to know whether they were going to be girls or boys until they were actually born (all girls as it turned out).

Taking that "surprise us" approach was uncommon even then, with most couples choosing to learn their soon-to-be-born bundle-of-joy's gender as soon as it was possible to confirm.  Since then, most couples turn the "gender reveal" announcement into its own special pre-birth celebration.

Cards, balloons, cakes - you name it, the pink or blue color scheme tells the story.  Once in a while you see someone take a novel & different approach, but unique creativity like this is truly one-of-a-kind and oh so very Texan!

KLTV has the details on a proud papa-to-be who turned his skills as Tyler's Texas Roadhouse meat cutter into one of the most eye-catching ways to let that day's diners know his wife was carrying their baby girl.

He put it in the display case!  On a side note- the feet put it over-the-top, in my opinion. Be careful, a ton of 'meat the baby' puns lie ahead.
