Scooter Riding Dog Sets New Record [VIDEO]

Animals doing just about anything on video is funny. Now when they're accomplishing something that's even better! Take Norman for instance. He's just not happy until he takes down a Guinness World Record! Norman set the new world's record last Friday morning when he rode a scooter, pushing it along unassisted, for 30 meters in under 30 seconds. It was previously completed in less than 20 seconds by a French sheep dog.
