Selena Gomez’ Old Ft. Worth Home, On The Market Again For $3.1 Million

The Ft. Worth home that once belonged to Selena Gomez is on the market once again. It was about three years ago that the Grand Prairie native sold the Ft. Worth estate for $2.7 million. Now, it's back on the market for almost $3.2 million.
The house located at 4649 Saint Laurent Ct. in Fort Worth was purchased by Selena Gomez in 2015 for $3.5 million. It was her first big purchase after becoming a bona fide pop star. However, she apparently didn't spend much time at this address when she owned it, so she decided to sell it off and listed it in 2016 for $3.49 million. It remained on the market for a couple of years before she reduced the price on it and unloaded it for $2.7 million.
Her favorite room in the more than 10,000 square foot home was the media room according to a friend who mentioned that to the site Candy's Dirt. She also mentioned that Selena had a hard time letting it go because it was her first dream home.
Selena's former dream home is full of amenities.
The house sits on a little more than an acre and a half inside a gated community, it has six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a saltwater pool, a sports court (tennis and basketball combined), a putting green, pool house, game room, a theatre and two three-car garages. The kitchen is decked out with professional-grade appliances, a built-in wine cooler along with some other fancy gems.
The price tag on the home now is $3.19 million price tag and there's also a homeowners association fee of $8000 a year that'll be tacked on each year. We're not sure if the fixtures in the following gallery are from the current owner or are some remnants of when Selena Gomez owned it, but you can see what her first dream house looked like in Ft. Worth.
