We hope your Labor Day weekend is full of fun football parties, road trips, and some good ole brisket smokin' in the back yard. And we hope it doesn't include a trip to jail. Doing this one stupid thing can land us behind bars this Labor Day weekend, and there's something simple we can do to prevent it.

Memorial Day weekend is upon us and its time to unofficially welcome summer, however this particular weekend is often a deadly one on the highways due to drunk drivers.

Instead of .08 blood alcohol concentration, they recommend it be lowered to .05.

Drunk driving in Texas is prevalent enough that we should all know not to drive after a few drinks - whether it's the holidays or not. Now no Texan will have an excuse.
