Texarkana Man Arrested for Tesla Vandalism – Watch the Video

(Mix 93-1)  A strange scene played out in Texarkana, Texas last week that featured a suspect, his mini four-wheeler, and a red Tesla vehicle.

The past couple of weeks Tesla dealerships across the country have been targeted by vandals and arsonists. People who do not agree with the work that Elon Musk is doing in the newly created Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE) are taking their frustrations out on Tesla-branded dealerships and vehicles.

These vandals are defacing property, spraypainting various words and phrases on facades, and setting fire to vehicles that are on the dealership lot.

The vandalism isn't contained to just dealerships, Tesla owners are being targeted as well. From New York to Seattle to New Orleans to Wichita, Kansas, and more, Tesla owners are being harassed and threatened.

Last Tuesday a man in Texarkana, Texas was caught on video intentionally ramming a mini four-wheeler into the driver's door of a parked Tesla.

The owner told KTBS that she was having lunch and was alerted by her vehicle's surveillance system that there had been some type of accident with her vehicle. The car's surveillance system captured the suspect running into the driver's side door at full speed on his four-wheeler.

Demarqeyun Cox was located by Texarkana Police and is now facing felony criminal mischief and a failure to identify charge after being accused of intentionally ramming his mini four-wheeler into the Tesla. Upon further investigation, authorities believe he is tied to two other nearby incidents where he reportedly etched the name 'Elon' on the side of those vehicles.

Cox is being held on a $105,000 bond in the Bi-State Jail.

Tesla owners nationwide are concerned about the frequency of these attacks on their vehicles. Owners say those making the attacks are not hurting Elon Musk, but them, the owners of the vehicles. Elon is not going to pay for damages, they are.
