As we enter the month of April, the Texas Department of Public Safety needs your help to track down a fugitive with ties to Edinburg, Texas.
Cesar Soto-Bolanos
Cesar Soto-Bolanos is currently wanted on two counts of sexual assault, indecency with a child by exposure, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration requirements, failure to identify, and marijuana possession.
Soto-Boloanos is a White/Hispanic male, born on April 1, 1996. He is 5'6 and weighs 130 lbs.
Other aliases include Ceasar Soto.
Soto-Bolanos was convicted of indecency with a Child By Exposure in 2019 after an incident with a 13-year-old girl. He was then sentenced to 10 years probation for the crime. However, on September 28, 2021, warrants were issued for his arrest on two counts of sexual assault by the Pharr Police Department. On October 6, 2021, the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office issued more warrants this time for his arrest for motion to revoke his probation.
He is considered Armed and Dangerous!
